More home theater enthusiasts would prefer a  flat plasma tv  to an LCD TV largely for the numerous advantages these sets have, especially when it comes to viewing aspects and color reproduction. However, it must be understood that today, plasma tv sets are now losing a lot of their market share to LCD TVs because most people have price as their main consideration and consider LCD quality to be good enough for their needs since these sets deliver an OK picture at a much lower cost. However, for big sets, plasma technology still remains a leader.
